wake up at 3...
FYI.. i have training at 3..

den kanna warned by my mum dun go..
but in the end, i went...
coz promise to go liao ma..
nv go like very wat lor..
den do kicking and sparring wif mel...
injure her..
SORRY...
but our sparring not good..
kanna say spar like green belts...
but i believe mi and mel will jia yous and improve de.. :)
